Ingrown hairs occur from waxing, tweezing, twinning. Thick curly hairs get lazy and do not follow the path of the hair follicle. Unless they are removed properly, the skin can be scarred. Both black individuals with thick-hair and light skinned individuals, can experience nasty ingrown hairs. When properly completed, electrolysis will permanently eliminate in-grown hairs. Scarring and discoloration can be also be greatly reduced or erased with my expertise.
